This is the second time this has happened to me, and last time they closed the dispute without even looking at it. I ordered blue color but received white color.
Ok!
I bought a blue and a white one. The seller sent two white ones. I communicated with the seller, but he preferred to ignore me. I then opened a dispute and was refunded. I would have preferred to settle with the seller as recommended by the platform. The stones resemble the image displayed by the seller. However, I do not recommend this seller for the reasons mentioned!
It looks just like in the picture. On my photos it looks a lot darker than it actually is. But in daylight around my neck it looks awesome. Very nice necklace for the price.
